What is the ETA of my shipment?
There is no specific time frame for the delivery of your shipment. It will depend on various factors such as your country, the shipping company, and the transit time of the shipping vessel. We make every effort to provide our customers with shipment details and connect them with the shipping company for primary updates on their shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and registered with the shipping company, the tracking number will be sent directly to you via email or WhatsApp. You will be able to track your shipment in real time, so you can know exactly where it is and when it will arrive at the destination address. Tracking your shipment is easy, as all the necessary steps are outlined in the email containing your tracking number. Additionally, our customer representatives are available 24/7 to assist you.
What are your company’s return policies?
To return a product, it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the shipment. We will cover the transportation costs for the return shipment.
Reasons for returning a product after it has been delivered to me?
Incorrect Product: If the wrong product was shipped to you, such as an incorrect container size, wrong labeling, or wrong flavour (in the case of soda or energy drinks).
How long does it take to process my order for shipping?
It varies based on the size of your order. The lead time ranges from 24 hours to 5 working days.
How long does it take to process a refund payment?
If you return a product due to damage during transportation, we will process a new order and ship it to you at no extra charge. If you prefer a full refund, we will process it within 5 working days and transfer the money directly to your account.
